Leaf Beetles - Genus Tinosis
- This genus is rare and we found two species.
- Small 9-spotted Leaf Beetle
- Tinosis decemmaculata, body length 6mm
- This small leaf beetle was found on a small plant in Yugarapul Park on Oct 2007. On a small plant there were a few of them there feeding freely. They were "surface-mining" on the leaves. We went to the Yugarapul Park many times through out the year but only saw them once.
- Small 4-spotted Leaf Beetle
- Tinosis bicolor, body length 6mm
- This leaf beetle was found once on Sept 2005.
