Burrower Bug - Adrisa sp
Body length : 12mm
Habits : Burrower in soil, feed on roots, fallen stems and seeds. Eggs laid on soil.
Habitat : Forest ground
Status :  Fairy common but hard to found 
We found them at : Karawatha Forest
 
Bronze Orange Bug - Musgraveia sulciventris 
Body length : 25mm
Habits : Slow moving, stay at the same spot for days. Eggs laid on leaves of host plant.
Habitat : Citrus plants (oranges, lemons and limes etc.)
Status :  Common, minor pest in garden and commercial orchards.
We found them at : Citrus plants in gardens and backyards.
 
Cotton Harlequin Bug - Tectocoris diophthalmus 
Body length : 20mm
Habits : Feed on young shoots. Eggs laid on stem, female guards eggs.
Habitat : Suck juice from hibiscus and cotton, plants of family Malvaceae.
Status :  Common
We found them at : Gardens and backyards
 
Metallic Shield Bug -Scutiphora pedicellata
Body length : 15mm
Habits : Feed on vegetable, garden plants, trees and fruits.
Habitat : Found on leaf letter or under bark.
Status :  We saw the bug once.
We found them at : Yugarapul Park
 
Green Jewel Bug - Lampromicra senator
Body length : 10mm
Habits : relatively good flier
Habitat : Not known
Status :  We saw the bug once.
We found them at : Brisbane Botanic Garden

Habits : Run quickly on floor.
Habitat : Ground in rainforest
Status :  We saw the bug once.
We found them at : Mt Nebo

Body length : 20mm
Habits : Predator of soft- body insects, including caterpillars. Eggs laid on leaves.
Habitat : Gardens and forests
Status :  Fairy common
We found them at : Macgorger Bushland and Alexandra Hill 
 
Spined Predatory Shield Bug - Oechalia schellenbergii
Body length : 15mm
Habits : Feed with piercing-sucking mouthparts on caterpillars and other soft body insects
Habitat : Gardens and forests
Status : Fairy common
We found them at : Brisbane Botanic Garden and Karawatha Forest

Status : We saw this bug once. 
We found them at : Wishart bushland

Status : Pest on stone fruits, mulberries, grapes and vegetables such as beans and tomatoes
We found them at : Wishart bushland on Wild Tobacco

Status :  We found this bug once.

Status :  Locally common
We found them at : Alexandra Hill and Bulimba Creek in Wishart.

We found them at : Most Eucalypt forests and rainforests

Habits : Slow moving, feed on tree trunk, eggs laid under bark.
Habitat : On gum tree trunk
Status :  Common
We found them at : Most Eucalypt forests

Habits : Feed on tree trunk, eggs laid under bark.
Habitat : On gum tree trunk
Status :  Very common
We found them at : Most Eucalypt forests

Habits : Rest on tree trunk, fly away when disturbed.
Habitat : Found on gum tree trunks and Monkey Rope

Habitat : Found on different kinds of gum trees
Status :  Uncommon

Habits : Active in summer, hide in shelter in winter.
Habitat : Found on on tomatoes and other vegetables.
Status :  Introduced species and a wide spread pest.

Habitat : Feed on the fruits of citrus trees

Habits : Slow moving, laid eggs on grasses.
Habitat : Found on tall grasses.
Status :  Fairy common
We found them at : Bulimba Creek in Macgregor Bushland

Habits : Unknown
Habitat : Found on Smooth Bark and Scribbles Bark Gum Trees.
Status :  Uncommon
We found them at : Alexandra Hill and Karawatha Forest

Habits : Unknown
Habitat : Found on Acacia
Status :  Uncommon
