This is a very small bugs family. Largid bugs are general feeders, sucking
juices from a variety of plants. They are close to family Lygaeidae.

- Body length 18mm

- Above pictures taken during early summer on a red flower gum tree when the tree
was flowering.

- We also found them hiding on a small Acacia tree during mid-summer.
