Largid Bugs - Family Largidae

This is a very small bugs family. Largid bugs are general feeders, sucking juices from a variety of plants. They are close to family Lygaeidae.

Above pictures taken during early summer on a red flower gum tree when the tree was flowering.

We also found them hiding on a small Acacia tree during mid-summer.
